For three years, I planned, developed and implemented the most iconic Royal Caribbean corporate events.  Events ranged from 3,000+ employee celebration, to quarterly Board of Directors dinner with 35 guests, opening and inaugural event of the brand-new state-of-the-art Terminal A, and countless corporate events.  My expertise in Account Management and excellent reputation allowed me to build solid relationships with diverse departments and directors and gain their trust on every execution I planned. I was responsible for the entire activation of the events: presenting ideas and concepts, managing budgets, hiring vendors, and supervising every detail from concept to execution. As a result, I was able to grow the relationship and business within the internal department at RCCL.
