Florida Power and Light developed an advertising campaign announcing their commitment to installing 30 million solar panels by 2030. As part of the announcement, we created an event around the solar panel field, including press conference and a space for FPL clients like Frost Museum of Science to exhibit the unique usage of solar energy in their facilities. I coordinated all aspects of the event, from building a gigantic tent, A/V, rentals, city permits, décor, meals, rentals, and vendors, while managing budget and presenting concepts and ideas to the client. The event was a terrific success, securing media coverage while fostering engagement with the community.
