Don Q Rum

The number one rum in Puerto Rico hosted Cane Camp, an event highlighting the history and culture of rum, along with culinary and rum-making experiences. Through a series of tests and questionnaires, Don Q Rum selected 50 of the top US bartenders and bar managers to travel to the island for a week for a unique, immersive experience. As Event Manager, I coordinated and implemented the daily activities for the group, from hotel accommodations, meals, music, transportation, signage, and giveaways to historic site visits, Don Q Rum distillery tours and educational lectures. Don Q Rum hosted the same event the following year.
